Rapid Core Healing® (RCH) is a holistic therapeutic approach that brings together Emotional Mind Integration® (EMI) and Family Constellations, allowing us to explore both the personal and systemic influences behind the patterns, emotions and difficulties we experience.
RCH was developed by Yildiz Sethi, founder of Rapid Core Healing® and Emotional Mind Integration®. Yildiz recognised through her work that some issues are best approached through our individual life experiences, while others have roots within the wider family system — and often the two are intertwined. This became the foundation of Rapid Core Healing®.

THE PERSONAL
Your experiences
Your emotions
Your beliefs
Your responses
Your story
THE SYSTEMIC
Your family system
Generational patterns
Relationships
Belonging
What may have come before you
WHERE THE TWO MEET
Working with the whole person
Personal and systemic. Individual and generational.

Sometimes we know exactly why something affects us.
We can understand what happened. We can talk about it. We can recognise the pattern. We may even know what we should do differently.
Yet something inside us continues to respond in the same way.
That's because understanding something intellectually and changing how it is experienced emotionally are not necessarily the same thing.
RCH provides a way of looking beneath what is happening on the surface. Rather than focusing solely on the story of what happened, we can explore the emotions, beliefs, responses and deeper patterns connected to it.
And we don't have to decide beforehand whether the source is personal or systemic.
We start with what is happening for you now and allow the process to show us where we need to look.

Our experiences don't exist in isolation.
Thoughts affect emotions. Emotions influence our responses. Experiences can shape beliefs. Relationships affect how we see ourselves. And our family systems can carry patterns and dynamics that began before we were born.
Yildiz's RCH model takes a holistic view of the person, considering emotions, thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, body-based responses, relationships and both personal and systemic influences.
Rather than asking only:
"What's wrong?"
we can become curious about:
"What's underneath this?"

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what the problem is or where it began.
You may simply know that something isn't changing.
RCH may help you explore things such as:
RCH works with childhood, adult and generational experiences and patterns, together with emotions, beliefs, meaning and body-based responses.

Our brains are not fixed.
The capacity of the brain to change and reorganise through experience is known as neuroplasticity. One of the foundational ideas behind our understanding of learning is Hebbian plasticity: when neural pathways are repeatedly activated together, the connections between them can strengthen.

And what has been learned is not necessarily set in stone.
Research into memory reconsolidation has shown that when an existing emotional memory is reactivated, under certain conditions it can temporarily become open to modification before being stored again. Researchers are continuing to investigate how this process may contribute to therapeutic change.
One influential neuroscience-informed model of psychotherapy proposes that change can involve activating an existing emotional memory, introducing a new emotional experience and integrating that new experience as the memory is reconsolidated.
Our past may have shaped us, but it doesn't necessarily have to keep defining how we experience the present.

These are the six Core Conditions for Wellness identified within the Rapid Core Healing model.
The RCH philosophy proposes that these fundamental human needs contribute to our ability to feel secure, connected and whole.
When one or more have been significantly disrupted through our personal experiences or within our family system, that experience can influence the meaning we make of ourselves, other people and the world around us.
To love and experience being loved
Not only romantic love, but the experience of warmth, care and emotional connection.
To feel that we belong
To our family, our relationships, our community — and ultimately, to ourselves.
To experience enough safety to be ourselves
Emotionally and physically, safety allows us to move through the world without continually preparing ourselves for threat.
To experience fairness and acknowledgement
Particularly when something has happened that felt deeply unfair, unjust or was never acknowledged.
To know that we have worth
To be seen, respected and able to hold onto our sense of self.
To have the freedom to be who we are
To make our own choices, have our own voice and live a life that isn't governed entirely by the expectations or needs of others.

We begin with what is happening for you now.
You don't need to prepare a detailed history or work out whether what you're experiencing comes from childhood, an adult experience or your family system.
We explore what is presenting and allow the process to guide us.
Depending on what emerges, we may work personally through Emotional Mind Integration®, systemically through Family Constellations, or with elements of both.
RCH is experiential, which means you're not simply talking about what happened. We may work with emotions, sensations, beliefs, memories, relationships and what you notice happening within you as the session unfolds.
Most importantly, you remain part of the process.
I don't see myself as someone who "heals" you.
My role is to facilitate, guide and create the space in which you can access your own resources and capacity for change.
That philosophy is central to Yildiz's teaching of RCH: the practitioner facilitates self-healing rather than positioning themselves as the person doing the healing to the client.

RCH asks you to participate in the process rather than simply receive it.
That doesn't mean you need to feel fearless, know all the answers or be completely comfortable with what might emerge.
It simply means there is a part of you that is ready to become curious.
Ready to look beneath the pattern.
Ready to consider that things could be different.
And willing to meet me somewhere in the middle.
You decide how far we go.
The principle of meeting the client where they are and respecting how far they are ready to go is part of the RCH philosophy.

Sometimes the thing we have been trying so hard to change isn't the problem itself.
It may be the expression of something deeper - an emotion, experience, belief, relationship or family pattern asking to be seen differently.
Rapid Core Healing gives us a way to explore both sides of that story:
the experiences that belong to you,
and the system to which you belong.
And somewhere between the two, there may be space for something new.
