Something about me

I’m an empath, a mother of five, and now a grandmother, roles that have been among my greatest teachers. 

My journey into healing began with personal trauma and led me on a path of deep self-inquiry, emotional healing, and a passionate exploration of trauma-informed therapies.

Over the years, I’ve studied and experienced many different healing modalities. But it wasn’t until I discovered Family Constellation Systemic that something clicked, it felt like the missing piece of the puzzle! Until then, I had been focusing only on my inner world and immediate family, unaware of how much my ancestors’ unspoken stories and unresolved pain were still influencing my life. My very first constellation session was nothing short of transformational — I was hooked.

Adding Emotional Mind Integration was a natural progression because not everything is connected to our lineage, we need to resolve emotional pain from this lifetime as well. I feel FCS and EMI go hand-in-hand, together are a powerful combination.

I bring to my work not only professional training but also lived experience. I’ve navigated the impacts of childhood sexual abuse, both personally and through my family lineage. I’ve experienced divorce, family estrangement, and the kind of emotional fragmentation that many of my clients arrive with. Because of this, I offer a safe, compassionate, and grounded space for healing, one where you can explore your patterns, entanglements, and inner conflicts without judgment.

I work best with people who are ready to take responsibility for their own healing — those who are open, curious, and prepared to do the inner work. If that’s you, I’m here to walk alongside you, gently supporting your process toward clarity, release, and reconnection.
